Dunn's River ground white pepper is used in delicate sauces to impart a warm spice flavour. It is an ideal ingredient for egg dishes, cream soups savoury custards and mayonnaise. White pepper is hotter than black but lacks the perfume and flavour.

Dunn's River Whole Pimento [70 grams] or Ground Pimento [100 grams]

Also known as Allspice or Jamaican Pepper. Pimento has the flavour and aroma of a blend of nutmegs, cloves and cinnamon.
The whole berries can be added to pickles, savoury preserves or chutneys; or used to impart a warm flavour to mulled drinks or when baking.
