Ingredients: 2 cups Hot cooked rice *To toast coconut, spread grated coconut on an ungreased baking sheet and toast 180°c. for about 1 minute, or place under grill. Method: Combine all the above in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir until ingredients are blended and thoroughly heated. Serve with grilled or broiled shrimp. |
